Made by installers, built for the future

About Solfit

We are a British, family-owned manufacturer of roof-integrated solar panels, created by people who understand the realities of working on the roof. Our mission is simple – make solar smarter, easier to install, and better looking, without compromising on safety, quality or longevity.

Our mission

We’re here to power a low-carbon future, one roof at a time. That starts with designing an in-roof solar system that removes the typical frustrations installers face while helping house builders stay compliant, efficient and ready for tomorrow’s standards.

Every Solfit panel is engineered around what matters most:

Ease of install — fewer parts, no plastic trays, and a watertight, fire-tested system that goes in fast and works on UK roofs.

Premium performance — dual-glass construction, all-metal mounting, and industry-leading reliability backed by long UK warranties.

Sustainable materials — 100% recyclable design and ethically audited supply chains that reduce carbon rather than add to it.Going solar shouldn’t be a hassle.

With Solfit, installers, developers and homeowners get a system built to fit seamlessly, last decades, and deliver real long-term value, supported by a UK team that genuinely knows the job.

What we stand for

Quality

Built to the highest standards. With dual-glass laminate, all-metal mounting, and the longest warranties in the UK, Solfit is made to last.

Ethical Traceability

Full supply chain transparency, independently audited from source to site. Ethical materials, responsible manufacturing, and complete confidence in where every component comes from.

Sustainability

100% recyclable, with zero plastic mounting systems. Designed to reduce carbon, not add to it.

Innovation

Born out of installer frustration, we engineered a better in-roof system from the ground up. Fire-compliant, watertight to 5°, and made for UK roofs.

Independence

Proudly independent and British-owned. We’re not part of a big corporation, just a team of people who genuinely care about getting solar right.

Meet the team

We’re a small, family-run team based in the UK, brought together by a shared belief that solar should be smarter, simpler, and easier to install. With backgrounds in solar installation, design, logistics, and customer support, we’ve built Solfit around what matters most to installers, developers and house builders.

Real stories from satisfied customers

The Solfit system is really impressive - a great design and very well thought out. I’m not sure how you could make it much better! The installation process was straightforward, and the YouTube video guide was particularly clear and easy to follow. Overall though, it’s a brilliant system that’s easy to install and delivers a high-quality finish.
